I bet when debut Mohombi's album "Movemeant" was released you thought that all those new leaks and demos will stop rushing all over Internet and we'll get a small Mohombi break. Don't even dream about it!
I can't find at least any drop of official information regarding it but we've got completely stunning Mohombi's leaked cover for The Cranberries "Zombie" - "In Your Head" - from the typical Mohombi-verse you will never guess you're gonna get such a huge sounding chorus "in your head...Mohombi" that sure makes you smile and wondering why wasn't it included into album. What a great single choise could it be?
From another news of Mohombi - his new single with Nicole Scherzinger "Coconut Tree" soon will get a video and we wait so much from it as we use to love Mohombi's videos a lot.
Thanx for the tip to one of our new beloved pop-blogs ILIKEMYMUSIC with really great taste.

Mohombi's album "MoveMeant" is out to the world and to the moment of the release we've heard already half of tracks which were pretty amazing. Arrived part of new tracks hasn't spoiled impression at all. Warm Carrebean happines of "Love In America", Summerish clubby europop of "Say Jambo", melodic poppy mix of r'n'b and raggaetone of "Lovin", recognizable trumpets of RedOne pop in rhythmic pop of "Do Me Right" and even huge romantic ballad "Match Made In Heaven" in a vein of Avril/Leona "I Will Be". Whole album was produced by RedOne and it clearly feels that album was treated like beloved child, polished and filtered to make fantastic international debut for Mohombi. Recently Mohombi has become opening act for Enrique Iglesias in Montreal and also (a little bit personal) when I was few weeks ago in Paris I was really proud to hear French version of "Dirty Situation" on the radio in one of souvenirs shops, you can enjoy it below with album's tracklist.
Tracklist:
1. Bumpy Ride
2. Dirty Situation feat Akon
3. Coconut Tree feat Nicole Scherzinger
4. Love In America
5. Miss Me feat Nelly
6. Sex Your Body
7. Say jambo
8. Lovin
9. Do Me Right
10. Match Made In Heaven
11. Bumpy Ride feat Pitbull

This Summer we've heard acoustic solo-version of Mohombi's new song "Coconut Tree" that was intended to become his forthcoming duo-track with not less than Nicole Scherzinger and pretty much time passed (remembering how intensively his leaks are coming out) before we've finally got this song in studio-version but it worth every day of waiting!
"Coconut Tree" is another dance-track produced by RedOne smelling 90s Summer eurodance-pop starting with slow tempo and tropic drums going massive in chorus with not obviously recognizable RedOne style and more touching romantic mood. Really hope management will drag this release closer to Summer as it's gonna be perfect soundtrack for this season and can shoot internationally hard.

Have we already got leaks for at least three or four Mohombi's albums?
Nothing official yet about even first of them that's planned to be released next year but leaks keep coming and here is another one.
"Top Notch" is demo recorded by Mohombi with Usher and produced by RedOne. Mohombi has already released singles with Nelly, Akon, Nicole Scherzinger on the way, and Usher is going to be another stunning point in Mohombi's portfolio attracting international audience to his person one more time. Comparing with previous singles, it's quite different, changing direction to more hip-hop in verses and coming with one of classic RedOne patterns in chorus, it's sitting deep down to your brain from the first listen but it's RedOne and it just can't be not catchy!

We hadn't to wait too long for premiere of Mohombi's brand new video for new single "Dirty Situation" so here it's coming out and as previous two videos this one is screaming for music channels around the world to get it and give it heaviest rotations (and we know they will very soon).
In common idea of the video is not different from previous ones, it's all about gang of young people dancing and having fun. They did it on warm coast in Summer "Bumpy Ride", in the club when it got colder in "Miss Me" so here came winter - post-apocaleptic winter and the world is dying due to first shots of the video but it doesn't matter for Mohombi who find some (dirrrty) place to make a dance party with his friends (and Akon is one of them). And we still love choreography, love Mohombi's new style and love the song.

Swedish secret music weapon Mohombi is dropping new bomb releasing brand new single "Dirty Situation" with the help of another world scale star Akon (I'll remind you that previously Nelly was featuring Mohombi's single "Miss Me").
Though before another song "Sex Your Body" was rumoured to become next Mohombi's single Sweden has got release of another dance track "Dirty Situation" and artist has already premiered trailer of video for this song. And this is what was a key to riddle of dance section in "Miss Me" video. This track is probably the most dancey Mohombi's song that can't be compared with any of other RedOne's works, it contains huge synths layers, energetic beats and African music influences folowing whole Mohombi's music direction. Due to trailer video is going to be not less great international shot than previous ones being impressive visually and choreographically.
On the other hand "Sex Your Body" sounds like a bridge between dance-sound "Dirty Situation" and more r'n'b "Bumpy Ride" with its heavy beat and chorus getting stomped to your head with simple but catchy melody line so definitely it wouldn't be bad choise to be released in some other countries. Check both "Dirty Situation" and "Sex Your Body" below.

Mohombi right after promo-tour in Europe keeps touring in US promoting his fresh hit-stuff with hyper-active programme of visits to radiostations, clubs, etc. One of his stops was on AMP Radio where he gave big interesting interview and performed both of his last singles "Bumpy Ride" and "Miss Me" and future hit "Coconut Tree" that's gonna be released in duet with Nicole Scherzinger and produced by RedOne - due to acoustic performance it still contains warm summerish vibes of Mohombi music but more romantic and intimate that's going to make this duet amazing.
Jenny Berggren who has just released yesterday her solo-album "My Story" visited XL-live with sweet acoustic performance of two album tracks - "Gotta Go" and "Give Me A Faith". Album's (that's all sort of brilliant) definitely caught audience interest on iTunes and right now really needs some more promotion so we hope to see more of Jenny in close time.
And another artist who has just presented new album is Anders Ekborg. After release of new album "Painted Dreams" he performed tracks from it in Nyhetsmorgon. Being one of the most respectable live performers of Swedish music no need to say performance was quite strong!

As Mohombi keeps internationally on fire these days we're gonna talk about him frequently and we've got few nice reasons.
Firstly recently Mohombi presented French version of his biggest hit "Bumpy Ride" and even premiered it at Belgian radiostation Contact R'n'B. Lovely performance with massive rush of energy.
As well Mohombi was featured on track "She Owns The Night" from American Far East Movement's new album "Free Wired" that has just appeared in web. Quite enjoyable mix of dance music and r'n'b vocals with international hit quality. Right now Mohombi is on promo-tour in US and on October 12th he will take part in in gig on Times Square New York together with Far East Movement.

This year has given us two Swedish new artists working with RedOne - Love Generation and Mohombi. It wasn't really easy for them to get love of Swedish audience but finally Mohombi's Summer single "Bumby Ride" reached Top-10 and has gone internationally being played around Europe whole season. So now time for new single has come and Mohombi gets support of Nelly on a new single "Miss Me" that's gonna be released on October 31st in UK. "Miss Me" is more calm and gentle r'n'b song, radio friendly, catchy and having amazing dance insert in the middle eight. Does it sound like international hit? Absolutely! You can already watch the video for this song, it's a party high quality video made obviously by proffs and again you can see a lot of nice choreography that I really like when it's perfectly done by such a tall guy like Mohombi (don't know why but I find this combination really impressive). So enjoy next huge export hit from Sweden!

Last show of Sommarkrysset-2010 is unforunately over and this time we've got few fresh debutants, few schlager-comebacks and few modern rock-stars.
Amazing Tove Styrke performed her debut single "Million Pieces" and obviously was very welcome by public, girl is still need a bit more confidence working with public but we don't leave any doubts that she's new real diamond of Swedish music. Mohombi currently topping Dutch iTunes chart performed his Summer hit "Bumpy Ride" with a huge charm and brilliant choreography unforunately lypsynching choruses but receiving great public response. Simone Moreno (participant of Melodifestivalen-2006 with the song "Aiayeh (the music of the samba") has blasted Gröna Lund with brazilian rhytms and carnaval spirit spreading tons of energy around. Another ex-participant of Melodifestivalen (talking about 1978 we probably need to write EX in capitals) Pugh Rogefeldt performed retro-schlager "Stockholm". Danish Eurovision duo Chanée & N'evergreen performed their famous hit "In a moment like this" written by Thomas G:Son, Brolle presented his last single "Anything she wants" as popular rock-band Takida with their currently promoted "Never alone always alone" (from the last album "The Darker Instinct") that they recently released in new version.
Simone Moreno - Zumbi
Chanée & N'evergreen - In a moment like this
Takida - Never alone always alone
Mohombi - Bumpy ride
Tove Styrke - Million Pieces
Brolle - Anything she wants
Pugh Rogefeldt och Pughs trio - Stockholm

One of the biggest export hopes of Sweden Mohombi with his debut single "Bumpy Ride" gets remix treatment from one of the biggest Swedish dance-acts (am I wrong saying "one of"?) Swedish House Mafia. It's just extended dub-mix and as usual you can't get a real taste till release of vocal version but it already sounds quite promising and includes some epic moments which should come out in all of their brilliance when we'll get radio version. It's out in October and we're adding it to our tips to check in a few months.

Mohombi, first signed artist of new RedOne's label "2101 Records" has just released the video for one of the latest RedOnes's hits "Bumpy Ride".
It's a quite qualitative summer video containing all those things you can expect from summer video - ride through the forest, dance fights guys vs. girls, bikini jumping in sea waves, dances at the night open-air party and it all looks quite lovely, Mohombi surprises with a very well choreography. Enjoy!

I'm staying quite nasty blogger these days. It's such a weird thing though - every last day on some of my favorite blogs I see bloggers writing about how much they are currently loaded with work, what is it? Maybe just this heat slowing us down?
Well, however not to leave you too bored and to turn you on a bit I'd like to share with you some nice mixes you'd spend this hot Summer along with.
First of all I should mention Soundfactory's best work for last 2-3 years at least. It's made for Linda Pritchard's last single "Miracle" and it's just brilliant with fantastic beat that we could expect from Von Der Burg's team, great scandi-dance bass line, play with Linda's amazing vocal, anthemic choir in the middle eight, totally ecstatic, check it!
Another worth listening mix that I would recommend to you is for Jenny Berggren's last single "Here I Am" made by Sthlm Sound Facility (songwriting team behind the song), very nice trance-work.
Pandora released Euroversion of her currently promoted "You Believed" and this time exactly what you could expect from eurodance-queen - powerful, energetic and very danceable.
Nexx has released in Sweden "Paralyzed" one of songs from their album "Synchronize Lips" in remixed version from DJ Andi. Sounds quite Romanian dance-pop that's sure a good thing (oh, is DJ Andi Romanian? Then I've guessed right!).
Basshunter's new hit "Saturday" has got Almighty treatment as great as Almighty can make. Hope it'll finally convince the world that this song deserves to become hugest hit of Basshunter though it's already widely played across Europe and #21 of UK chart isn't bad at all.
Also you should taste Therese' Alesso remix for "Drop It Like It's Hot" and check fragment of this gorgeous lady's recent performance, isn't she lovely?
And finally don't forget to listen Mohombi's new Chuckie mix for "Bumpy Ride", it's very-very nice as well.
This week Stockholm is full of different music events connected with Stockholm Pride. So everyone who will visit Swedish capital these days will be able to see Sarah Dawn Finer, Linda Bengtzing, Christer Sjögren, Pauline, Rebound, Le Kid, Titiyo, Marit Bergman, Sibel, Jenny Silver, NEO, Hanna Lindblad, Safura, Hera Björk, Lena Meyer-Landrut (not announced officially yet but quite obviously), Therese Grankvist, Anna Maria Espinosa, CC & Lee, Love Generation, Jonathan Fagerlund, Sandra Dahlberg, Ankie Bagger and many-many others. So we're waiting for some live performances leaking soon on youtube.
Cheers friends! Swedish Stereo's turning to a normal working mode very soon.

Two weeeks ago I told you about summer hit Lazee provided with Mohombi - young and talented Swedish-Congolese artist and songwriter from RedOne's camp.
Now Mohombi presents his own brand new single "Bumpy Ride" - ultra-infectious and fresh sounding song mixing r'n'b-vibes, summer dance mood and mild melodic Mohombi's vocal. "Bumpy Ride" is produced by RedOne and it's already second case this year after Love Generation's debut single when RedOne's working with Swedish artists that's actually very pleasant. Don't forget to check another Mohombi's stuff (I love You, Letting Go), probably very soon whole world will be talking about this guy.

New video for the last Top-10 Lazee's single "Do It" is out.
Lazee has not long yet but quite succesful career in Sweden. He debuted 2 years ago with single "Rock Away" becoming big hit during Spring 2008 and later released another also noticed by audience single "Hold On" featuring popular rock-band Neverstore and the album "Setting Standards" same year. Together with Danny they also released single "Just Like That" in Poland. After a short pause Lazee came back this year with another hit "Calling Out" with rock-vocals in a style of "Hold On" but this time featuring Apollo Drive, that one and new song "Do It" both also became Top-10 hits and right now another successfuly promoted single "Can I Be The One" with his participation is released by Norlie & KKV.
About Mohombi - first highlight of his career was qualifying to Melodifestivalen-2005 as part of Group Avalon with the song "Big up" and after that he was working with many songwriting teams - Bloodshy & Avant, Twin, Jonas Jeberg, RedOne and others.
"Do It" is very nice catchy summer hit working well with proper music video rolling around parties, pools, cars and girls in bikini so relax and have some summer fun with Lazee and Mohambi.
