Earlier last year you could get a first taste of new Lucky Twice's single "Love Song" - single that was in a stage of preparation before release quite long time. Though we already thought that song was put on a shelf and forgotten forever suddenly we've got new video for this song and it looks like a confident step forward.
Though it's still positive Von Der Burg pop-music that turned many heads few years ago and made girls dance sensation around the world, Lucky Twice has grown and from a bit teen-naive lovely performances it's gone to more sexy September-smelling project. Additional assocation also comes from colourful computer graphics of video giving a slight taste of "Cry For You" clip and the song is still pure Swedish-pop delight with ABBAesque layers and rush of dance-energy.
However when we've opened description of the video we've found this! "This was recorded in 2009 and released as the nonofficial music video with official clips in the year of 2010. Sadly, the group is no longer active and broke up in mid-Spring of 2010. Hannah Reynold, however still writes music and sings. Emelie Schytz still has a manager and we may see more stuff from her in the future." Incredibly sad but we really hope that it's not the the end of story and we'll hear from girls sooner or later, better sooner of course!

We've been waiting for this release half of year and finally we've got it! Lucky Twice's new single "Love Song" has leaked on youtube and though the quality isn't fantastic you can really enjoy this track with the sound of debut album of Lucky Twice. If you loved it you will like this song a lot as well!
Just to remind you about Lucky Twice. This Swedish pop-duo was born back in 2006 consisting of Hannah Reynold and Sofie Larsson and being supported by one of the best Swedish producing team (brothers Von Der Burg and Anoo Bhagavan) working with talented manager Victoria Ekeberg (September, Gathania, Nexx) girls immedately rocketed with debut single "Lucky" all over Europe and even on Far East in Vietnam with next single "Hop Non Stop". This one and third "The Lucky Twice Song" single were released and succeeded a lot in Spain but unfortunately weren't received very well in homeland. However debut album "Young & Clever" has become pure pop-joy for all the lovers of September's beats, catchy tunes and tons of sweet Swedish melodics. Since that Sofie Larsson has left the band (currently she's working on new project Twisters wit her brother Johan) and she was replaced by Emelie Schytz, Lucky Twice took quite long pause but didn't break up.
Last winter scandipop announced breathtaking news that brand new band's single "Love Song" is preparing for release, unfortunately something went wrong with it and seems like producing team has changed their minds about release of the single and decision is quite understood as the song is good old Lucky Twice in all their perfectness with joyfull Abbaesque melodies, infectious baselines and great beats but probably band needs some changes to come back different and evaluated. So getting this little tasty pop-piece we're ready to wait a little bit more for girls to come back!

Artist who delievered one of the biggest Swedish pop-hits of 2007 - Valentino is back!
Ferat Amin has started his way in music back in 2003 when he entered a casting of popular tv-show Fame Factory. Earlier in school years he aimed to become football player but discovered huge music talent that has turned his way and pushed him to send demos to different labels and participate in castings. Luck didn't follow him on Fame Factory but finally releasing single "Hayati" mixing best traditions of Swedish pop and Eastern origin of Ferat (and by rumours reject of Melodifestivalen-2006) he's made big breakthrough entering Top-10 of singles-chart. Later he released another great single "What is Love" and disappeared for few years after that.

This year Ferat is back as Ferró with new single "Bailamos (on the Floor)" from not less than great team Jonas and Niklas von der Burg and Anoo Bhagavan who are responsible for amazing stuff for September, Nexx, Lucky Twice, Gathania, etc. that went so well in Europe last 5-6 years. "Bailamos (on the Floor)" contains all the brilliance of dance-stuff being released by this team - amazing tune, crazy dance beat and bassline that stuck in your head once and forever, with special Ferró's vocal and lyrics painting new image of Ferat as hot Argentinian caballero it works 200%. Hopefully soon this song will be another international hit from brothers von der Burg and Anoo Bhagavan.

Thanx to Poster Girl and scandipop for making me take a more attentive look at this song and find out the story behind it as unforunately there's no official site or webpage devoted to Ferró yet.
